01What is LifeOrg?
LifeOrg is a personal organiser with six connected calendars: daily plans, nutrition, workouts, finances, events and important dates. Keep everyday details in one place, with AI to help prepare entries you can review before saving.
02Do I need to use all six calendars?
No. Start with the area you want to organise first. Add the others when you need them, and choose which calendars appear in your shared view.
03Can I see meals, tasks and workouts together?
Yes. The shared calendar brings entries from different areas into one view. Switch between a day, a week and a month, and use calendar filters to focus on what you need.
04How does AI help with everyday entries?
A food photo or receipt can provide a starting point for a draft. Review the recognised items, quantities and other details before saving. You can also enter information manually.
05Are the examples on this website connected to my account?
No. The interactive examples use fictional data and run on this page. Try changing a portion, recording a set or saving an event. These changes are not sent to an account and reset when you reload the page.
06Can I repeat tasks and important dates?
Yes. Use recurrence for regular tasks and workouts, or yearly recurrence for birthdays and anniversaries. Keep one-off plans as single entries.
07Can a receipt connect an expense with my food diary?
Yes. Review the receipt items and total, save the expense and choose whether to add food to your diary. Check product matches and quantities before saving nutrition details.
08How is personal information used with AI?
AI processing carries privacy and accuracy risks. Optional health-related AI stays off until you give explicit consent. Review the Privacy Notice and Health & AI Notice for details about the data involved and your choices.
09Is LifeOrg free, and how do I get started?
